Shanlodge Pty Ltd engaged Murray & Associates to support the transformation of two existing lots off Smiths Road, Caboolture, into a 54‑lot residential subdivision. The project introduces a new low‑density neighbourhood that contributes to the ongoing growth of the Caboolture Area. Our team has been involved since 2023, guiding the development through design, assessment and construction phases to ensure the subdivision aligns with council requirements and broader regional planning outcomes.
Murray & Associates has delivered the full suite of planning and surveying services, beginning with the contour and detail survey to inform engineering design and continuing through the establishment of survey control, as‑constructed surveys during civil works and preparation of the final survey plan for registration. With the project still progressing, our coordinated approach ensures accurate on‑ground implementation and a smooth pathway toward plan sealing and completion, supporting Shanlodge Pty Ltd in delivering a well‑executed residential community.
