Craig’s surveying career commenced with Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd in 1997, where he continued to work in the field until taking over as Director from his father, the late Barry Andrews, in 2012. Craig now manages the Caboolture office in the Moreton Bay region, which also services Brisbane City and surrounding areas.
In addition to managing the Caboolture office, Craig is our Registered Surveyor with Cadastral and Consulting Endorsement and Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, he is responsible for the checking and endorsement of all Cadastral Survey Plans processed through the Caboolture and other offices. Craig also maintains direct relationships with many of our Clients and continues to provide leadership, support and guidance to staff across our offices
Craig has extensive experience in both Cadastral and Engineering Surveying, including, but not limited to, Final Surveys (including Subdivisions, Building Format Plans and Easements), Identification (Boundary) Surveys, Contour and Detail Surveys, and House Construction Set-Outs. Throughout his career, Craig has worked across a broad range of developments, from smaller residential subdivisions through to larger scale subdivision projects. His extensive industry experience has also provided him with a general knowledge of Town Planning processes and services.
In addition to his surveying experience, Craig has developed strong working relationships with Local Government Authorities and other Government organisations, including QBuild, Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development and Titles Queensland.
Andrew Bell

Andrew commenced work at the Emerald Branch of Murray & Associates (QLD) Pty Ltd as a Senior Town Planner in January of 2014 having previously worked on a range of projects throughout the state. Andrew has extensive experience dealing with both the public and private sectors in relation to projects located within rural and urban areas. Andrew has a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant planning legislation in force within Queensland and prides himself in achieving the best results for his Clients.
Andrew is also a registered surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland and has extensive experience working on rural, urban, mining and large scale civil projects. Andrew is committed to providing affordable survey solutions to clients in a timely manner.

Blake is a Director of Murray & Associates and a highly experienced urban and regional planner with more than 20 years of town planning experience in Queensland. Having been a Director of the company since 2007, Blake brings extensive experience in statutory planning, development assessment, strategic advice and advocacy across a broad range of land use and property development projects.
As Principal Town Planner and Manager of Town Planning, Blake has developed a strong reputation for navigating complex planning and development matters and achieving practical, commercially focused outcomes for clients. His experience spans development approvals, statutory planning processes, planning policy and strategy, and negotiations with local and State government agencies.
Blake places a strong emphasis on honesty, integrity and professionalism and has fostered these values throughout the Murray & Associates planning team. He is particularly skilled at establishing productive working relationships with clients, multidisciplinary consultants and key government stakeholders.
Throughout his career, Blake has represented and advised many of Queensland’s leading property developers, corporate organisations, charities and private landowners. His combination of technical planning expertise, strategic thinking and effective advocacy enables him to negotiate complex approvals and deliver successful project outcomes.

Initially commencing with Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd in 1995, Andrew now oversees and coordinates all field survey operations for the Nambour, Chinchilla and Roma Branches.
With surveying experience in both Australia and the UK, Andrew acknowledges, and oversees, the obligations of WHSE in all aspects of this industry.
He is committed to providing clients with the most advanced equipment and technology available to guarantee the delivery of the highest quality and economic services.
Kyle Kenna

Kyle is a Director at Murray & Associates and a Consulting Cadastral Surveyor with extensive experience in urban and rural cadastral surveys, engineering and construction surveys, dam monitoring, and surveying for coal seam gas infrastructure across Queensland. He joined the firm in 2008 and is known for his accuracy, practical approach and consistent project delivery.
Kyle predominantly manages surveys in the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Fraser Coast Council regions, overseeing boundary definition, subdivision surveys, construction setout and land tenure advisory work. His Consulting Endorsement, obtained in 2025, reflects the highest level of professional competency recognised by the Surveyors Board of Queensland.
Kyle provides technical oversight across project teams, supports staff development and maintains a strong focus on professional standards, statutory compliance and reliable client outcomes.

Chris is a Senior Town Planner who has cultivated an exemplary set of skills and knowledge over 10 years of working in the Queensland planning sector. Obtaining his Bachelor of Regional and Urban Planning in 2011 from the University of Sunshine Coast, Chris has since built his expertise through his direct involvement in hundreds of development applications for the purpose of residential, commercial, industrial and rural projects, from high-rise multiple dwellings, large-scale subdivisions to residential reconfiguration of lots and rural holidays cabins.
Chris’ proven experience and practical approach has been invaluable in negotiating complex approvals and delivering exceptional project outcomes on the Sunshine Coast and in the Gympie Region whilst at Murray & Associates. His strengths lie in providing expert statutory insight, technical planning assessment and building trust-worthy working relationships with clients.
