• This Fee Proposal, Scope of Works (as accepted above) and the Terms and Conditions of Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd have been read and understood and I/we agree to be bound by them. • By submitting this form, I/we authorise Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd to commence the works as accepted above and acknowledge this electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a signed agreement. • Where “Acceptance with Modifications” is selected, the Scope of Works is deemed amended to exclude only the items listed above, and fees may be adjusted accordingly. • Any services requested outside or in addition to the approved Scope of Works will be treated as variations or additional services. By requesting such services, I/we acknowledge and agree that additional fees may apply, calculated on a time-cost basis or as otherwise agreed, and confirm this request constitutes formal instruction and authorisation for Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd to proceed in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.
