The primary focus of Murray & Associates (Qld) Pty Ltd is to provide skilled professional survey and planning staff who are equipped with the latest ‘state of the art’ technology to service our varied clients and their projects to ensure:

  • Our standard of accuracy is the highest that can be attained.
  • The quality of production of plans emanating from field surveys is of the highest standard.

To ensure that these standards and aims are maintained we have established a Quality Assurance System.  Through this system of review of procedures we continuously monitor all levels of input and outcomes throughout our organisation, making improvements wherever possible.

We deal openly with our clients, staff and suppliers to make sure that we maintain honest, open and positive relationships. The Company maintains a high level of communication and respect with all Local Authority, Statutory Bodies and Government Departments, and is able to liaise with these bodies as a matter of priority.  We recognise that these relationships are dynamic and need constant care and management.  Our Quality Assurance System is designed to meet the required standards of AS/NZS ISO9001:2008 and for our various clients and Government Departments.

Specifically the implementation of this policy refers to the achievement of the above and following objectives:
